How long does company formation take?

What documents do I need?
To register a limited company, you’ll typically need:
- A unique company name
- Your registered office address
- Details of at least one director
- Shareholder information
- Details of People with Significant Control (PSC)
- Your SIC (Standard Industrial Classification) code(s), which describe your business activities
